heather and the girls left yesterday. they are down in palm desert chilling with grammie sharon and grampie lewis. it is weird to come home to darkness and quiet. i have to admit that i was looking forward to having some time to myself to do whatever, but it was really not all that exciting. i just ate a lot of snacks and watch english futbol on the tele till the wee hours of the night.

Crunchy…except for bananas. They need to be a little mushy or else you get the gross film on your teeth.
