easter

our neighbor commented that it was nice that we went to church on easter. i wanted to tell her that we go to church every week. i couldn’t muster it up though. had a great time with friends and family yesterday. good church service, good nap, good food and celebration.

question of the day: what is your favorite grocery store?

    Lazy Acres. Hopefully some day I will be rich enough to shop there.

    Yesterday, between festivities, Katie and I were sitting on our porch enjoying the beautiful day. Our neighbors, Scott and Jamie, saw us sitting there and thought that we were going to be spending Easter alone. They came over and invited us to their home so we could be with friends and enjoy the Easter feast with their family. We already had plans to be with family, but that type of kindness was amazing and I thought you might appreciate it.

    I’d have to go with Trader Joe’s simply because they have the greatest snacks.

    I enjoy the Vons at Fairview. Maddie likes the shopping carts and I like the wide aisles.
