back from vacation. it was splendid. well, it was exhausting but so worth it for the girls. we went to legoland, scripps and the zoo. three days of fun and non stop adventure for all of us. maddie was extremely happy that her auntie and her nama were there. everywhere we went and every morning it was always, “where’s auntie? where’s nama?” it never got old. what was sad was saturday morning when she woke up and still wondered, where’s auntie and where’s nama? she made calls sunday night to both of them as if she lived in another town and longed for the day she would see them again. how lucky are we to be able to see them on command.

Had an awesome time in San Diego! My favorite parts were holding Maddie Paddie’s hand, kissing Kenzie’s cheeks, and hearing “Auntie Panty!” Memories to cherish forever. Thanks for taking me!
